- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the iTRiders Job Board ("Platform"), ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. Additional terms may apply to specific services or features.

DEFINITIONS
- "Job Seeker": An individual registered on the Platform seeking employment opportunities.
- "Employer": A company, organization, or individual registered to post job listings and recruit candidates.
- "Recruiter": An individual or entity acting on behalf of an Employer.
- "Content": Any information, data, text, software, graphics, messages, or materials posted on the Platform.
- "User": Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
- "User Account": The account created by a User to access Platform features.
- "Job Listing": Employment opportunity posted by an Employer.
- "Application": Submission of a Job Seeker's materials to a Job Listing.
- ELIGIBILITY
3.1 General Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3.2 Employer Verification
Employers must provide accurate business information, including company name, address, and contact details. We reserve the right to verify this information and suspend accounts pending verification.
3.3 International Users
The Platform is designed for users within Canada. International users are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding data collection and use.
- USER ACCOUNTS
4.1 Account Creation
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You agree to update this information promptly if changes occur.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Ensuring you log out after each session
4.3 Account Types
- Job Seeker Accounts: For individuals seeking employment. May include resume uploads, profile creation, job applications, and saved searches.
- Employer/Recruiter Accounts: For organizations seeking to hire. May include job postings, candidate searches, application management, and employer branding.
- Free vs. Premium Accounts: Certain features may require subscription fees as detailed in our Pricing Policy.
4.4 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Provide false information
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Are inactive for more than 12 months
- USER RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 General Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Use automated systems to access the Platform without authorization
- Scrape, crawl, or collect user information without consent
- Circumvent Platform features or security measures
- Interfere with Platform operations or other users' experiences
5.2 Job Seeker Responsibilities
As a Job Seeker, you:
- Are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile, resume, and application materials
- Grant Employers permission to review your application materials
- Understand that we do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or responses
- Acknowledge that Employers make independent hiring decisions
- Must not apply to jobs for which you are not qualified
- Should not include sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers) in public profiles
- Are responsible for conducting due diligence on Employers
5.3 Employer/Recruiter Responsibilities
As an Employer/Recruiter, you:
- Are solely responsible for Job Listing content, accuracy, and compliance with laws
- Must comply with equal employment opportunity laws and non-discrimination regulations
- Must handle candidate information confidentially and in compliance with data protection laws
- May not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal job opportunities
- Are responsible for the entire hiring process, including interviews, background checks, and employment offers
- Must not use candidate information for purposes unrelated to hiring
- Must provide accurate compensation information
- Are responsible for all communications with candidates
- Must not charge candidates application or processing fees
- Must respect candidate privacy and data protection rights
- JOB LISTINGS AND APPLICATIONS
6.1 Job Postings
- Employers may post Job Listings subject to these Terms and our Posting Guidelines
- We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any Job Listing at our discretion
- Job Listings must include accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation information
- Pyramid schemes, "business opportunities," or commission-only positions may be restricted
- We may limit the number of Job Listings per account
6.2 Applications
- Job Seekers may submit Applications to Job Listings
- By applying, you consent to sharing your application materials with the Employer
- We are not responsible for how Employers handle Applications or personal information
- Applications do not create an employment relationship with iTRiders
- Employers are responsible for application acknowledgment and status updates
6.3 Candidate Screening
We may offer screening tools or assessments. Results are provided as-is without guarantees of accuracy or predictive value.
- CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE
7.1 User Content
You retain ownership of Content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Use, reproduce, modify, and display Content on the Platform
- Distribute Content to Employers (for Job Seekers) or Job Seekers (for Employers)
- Archive and store Content as necessary for Platform operations
- Use anonymized Content for analytical and improvement purposes
7.2 Platform Content
All Platform design, text, graphics, interfaces, and code are owned by or licensed to iTRiders Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Platform content
- Reverse engineer or decompile Platform technology
- Use Platform trademarks without written permission
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Privacy Policy
- PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
1.1 Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.
1.2 Data Processing
- Job Seeker data is shared with Employers to whom they apply
- Employer data may be visible to Job Seekers and other users
- We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security
- Users are responsible for protecting their own data and devices
1.3 GDPR/CCPA Compliance
For users subject to GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations, additional rights and processes apply as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
- FEES AND PAYMENTS
2.1 Subscription Plans
Certain features require payment of fees as detailed in our Pricing Policy. We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations.
2.2 Payment Terms
- Fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
- Subscription fees are typically billed in advance
2.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Current subscribers will be notified before price changes take effect.
2.4 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy. Generally:
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Refunds may be issued for technical issues preventing Platform use
- Processing fees may be non-refundable
2.5 Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, which will be added to charges where required by law.
- TERMINATION
3.1 By User
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.
3.2 By iTRiders
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- Required by law
- You pose a risk to other users or the Platform
- For prolonged inactivity
3.3 Effect of Termination
- Access to your account and Platform features will cease
- We may retain your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
- Paid subscriptions are non-refundable upon termination for cause
- Some provisions survive termination (Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14)
- DISCLAIMERS
4.1 No Warranty
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security from unauthorized access
4.2 Job Placement
We do not guarantee:
- Job placement or employment
- The quality, safety, or legality of Job Listings
- The qualifications or background of Job Seekers
- That Employers will review Applications or contact applicants
- The accuracy of screening tools or assessments
4.3 Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for:
- User Content accuracy or legality
- Employer hiring practices or decisions
- Job Seeker qualifications or representations
- Third-party websites linked from our Platform
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 Exclusion of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iTRIDERS INC. and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Personal injury or emotional distress
- Costs of substitute services
5.2 Cap on Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or Platform use shall not exceed the amount paid by you to iTRiders in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or $100, whichever is greater.
5.3 Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
- INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iTRiders Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Your Content
- Your interactions with other users
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1 Informal Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at info@itriders.ai to attempt to resolve disputes informally.
7.2 Arbitration Agreement
Except for certain specified claims, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, using the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
7.3 Class Action Waiver
You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. Disputes must be brought individually.
7.4 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by Law of Ontario without regard to conflict of law principles.
7.5 Venue
For any claims not subject to arbitration, you agree to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Platform.
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and iTRiders regarding Platform use and supersede any prior agreements.
9.2 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
9.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
9.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
9.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11.1 AI-Powered Features
iTRiders may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, and automated systems ("AI Features") to provide, enhance, or optimize Platform services, including but not limited to:
- Matching Algorithms: AI-driven candidate-job matching, ranking, and recommendations
- Resume Screening: Automated parsing, analysis, and initial screening of resumes and applications
- Chatbots/Virtual Assistants: AI-powered communication tools for user support
- Predictive Analytics: Analysis of hiring trends, salary estimations, and market insights
- Skill Assessment: Automated evaluation of skills or qualifications
- Content Generation: AI-assisted job description writing or resume optimization suggestions
- Fraud Detection: AI systems to identify fraudulent job postings or applications
11.2 AI Transparency and Disclosure
- Notice of AI Usage: We will disclose when AI is being used in material decision-making processes affecting users
- Human Oversight: Certain AI decisions may involve human review, but we do not guarantee human intervention in all cases
- Bias Mitigation: We implement measures to reduce algorithmic bias, but cannot eliminate all potential biases
11.3 User Consent for AI Processing
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to:
- Your data being processed by AI systems for Platform operations
- Automated decisions being made based on your data
- The limitations and potential inaccuracies of AI processing
11.4 AI-Generated Content
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any AI-generated content you submit, including ensuring its accuracy
- Disclosure Requirement: Employers must disclose if job descriptions are AI-generated if required by applicable law
- Prohibition: You may not use AI to:
- Create fraudulent profiles or applications
- Mass-apply to jobs without genuine interest
- Generate deceptive or misleading content
- Circumvent Platform security or restrictions
11.5 AI Matching and Recommendations
- No Guarantees: AI matching results are suggestions only and do not guarantee job suitability or interview outcomes
- Opt-Out Options: Users may have limited ability to adjust AI recommendation preferences
- Accuracy Limitations: AI algorithms may not fully capture nuances of qualifications or job requirements
11.6 Data Used for AI Training
- Anonymized Data: We may use anonymized, aggregated user data to train and improve our AI models
- No Personal Identification: Training data is processed to remove personally identifiable information where feasible
- Opt-Out: Users may contact us to request exclusion of their data from AI training, subject to technical feasibility
11.7 Third-Party AI Services
We may integrate third-party AI services. Your data shared with these services is governed by:
- Our Privacy Policy
- The third-party's privacy policy and terms
- Applicable data protection agreements

- SPECIFIC AI RULES FOR USER GROUPS
12.1 Job Seekers Using AI
Job Seekers may use AI tools but must:
- Review and verify all AI-generated content before submission
- Ensure resumes and applications reflect their genuine qualifications
- Disclose AI assistance if explicitly asked by Employers
- Not use AI to misrepresent skills, experience, or identity
12.2 Employers Using AI
Employers using AI for hiring through our Platform must:
- Comply with all applicable AI hiring regulations
- Conduct bias audits of their AI hiring tools if required by law
- Provide appropriate notices to candidates about AI usage in hiring
- Ensure their AI tools don't discriminate against protected classes
12.3 Prohibited AI Uses
All users are prohibited from:
- Using AI to create fake accounts, applications, or job postings
- Deploying AI bots to scrape Platform data
- Reverse engineering our AI algorithms
- Using AI to generate harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - AI SPECIFIC
13.1 AI-Generated Content Ownership
- Content generated by our AI tools remains subject to Section 7 (Content Ownership)
- You retain rights to content you create using our AI tools, subject to our license
- We retain rights to underlying AI models, training data, and algorithms
13.2 Training Data Rights
By using AI features, you grant us a license to use your interactions with AI systems to improve our models, subject to anonymization and aggregation.
- LIABILITY FOR AI-RELATED ISSUES
14.1 AI Errors and Omissions
We are not liable for:
- AI recommendation errors or mismatches
- Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Decisions made by Employer AI hiring tools
- Biases that may exist in AI systems despite mitigation efforts
14.2 Third-Party AI Liability
We are not responsible for:
- AI tools or decisions made by Employers using external systems
- Outcomes of AI-powered interviews or assessments conducted off-platform
- Accuracy of AI integrations provided by third parties

- You have certain rights regarding automated decision-making under applicable laws
