Windows Infrastructure Management

Manage and support Windows Server environments

Configure AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policies, and clustering

Ensure system performance, scalability, and high availability

Active Directory & Identity Services

Administer AD (users, groups, OU, GPOs, replication)

Perform health checks, backup, and recovery

Implement security hardening

Azure Cloud & Migration

Manage Azure IaaS and PaaS services

Support cloud migration using ASR and Azure Migrate

Work with architects to design and optimize cloud solutions

Automation & Scripting

Develop PowerShell scripts for automation

Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using ARM templates

VMware Management

Manage ESXi hosts and vCenter

Handle VM provisioning, migrations (P2V/V2V), and snapshots

Configure HA/DRS and optimize performance

Monitoring, Security & Compliance

Monitor system health and logs

Perform patching and security hardening

Support incident, problem, and change management (L2/L3)

Collaboration & Support

Work with internal teams and stakeholders

Provide technical support and documentation

Ensure timely issue resolution and communication

Must-Have Requirements

Strong experience in Windows Server (2008 to latest)

Expertise in Active Directory and enterprise infrastructure

Hands-on PowerShell scripting experience

Solid understanding of Azure cloud (IaaS/PaaS)

Experience in cloud migrations using Azure tools (ASR, Azure Migrate)

Knowledge of ARM templates and Infrastructure-as-Code

Experience implementing highly available cloud solutions

VMware administration and virtualization expertise

Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills

Experience handling enterprise-level cloud implementations
