Essential Skills: More than 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst| Systems Analyst| or Technical Analyst in a complex environment. Strong hands on experience with Temenos T24. Proven experience in designing and configuring core banking application. Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with data. Programming or technical background sufficient to understand system behavior and constraints. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills| with the ability to collaborate effectively across architecture| security| compliance| business| and development teams in complex enterprise environments.
