- 15+ years of experience in production support and complex banking projects.
- Expertise in managing multiple banking applications across diverse tech stacks.
- Strong knowledge of banking systems, processes, and domain workflows.
- Hands-on with Bootstrap, jQuery, CSS, Angular, React.
- Proficient in Core Java, Microservices, Web Services.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Strong understanding of BPM, BPMN, and workflow systems.
- Database expertise in Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Mainframe technologies and Systematics apps (XIM, XST, XGN).
- Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Ansible, GitHub for CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Dynatrace for distributed systems monitoring.
- Strong coding, deployment, OS, and application ecosystem understanding.
- Excellent collaboration, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making
