Job Description
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and BA activities with Product Controllers and Finance Controllers for medium to large project initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Undertake BA responsibilities for multiple strategic applications involving Capital Market Products

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Training Consultant to deliver pre-UAT enablement and readiness support to business users in Gatineau. You will build foundational SAP literacy across key IS-U process areas, preparing users for formal solution training and UAT participation.

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver structured SAP foundational training sessions for groups of up to 20 users
  • Cover SAP GUI navigation, transaction codes, reporting, ALV grids, field help, and error handling
  • Deliver hands-on walkthroughs in the training environment aligned to UAT scenarios
  • Facilitate question and answer clinics and provide one on one coaching where needed
  • Develop job aids, quick reference guides, checklists, and training materials
  • Track attendance, user progress, and feedback throughout the readiness program
  • Act as the first point of contact for SAP navigation questions during practice sessions
  • Collaborate with SAP functional teams across device management, CRM, billing, and FICA
  • Align with the project training lead to confirm scope and avoid overlap with formal training
  • Provide weekly status updates including progress, risks, and user feedback

What you bring

  • Strong hands-on SAP IS-U experience across device management, CRM, FICA, billing, and reporting
  • 3 to 5 or more years delivering end user SAP enablement or UAT readiness training
  • Proven ability to design and facilitate small group, hands-on training sessions
  • Experience creating practical job aids, quick reference guides, and training materials
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language for non-technical audiences
  • Fluency in English required

Nice to have

  • French language skills are strongly preferred
  • Experience working with business users with no prior SAP exposure
